iPads

All iPads will have the most recent version of the Greater Giving app installed.
If any other apps are needed, they must be approved, installed and tested by Streamline Support *prior* to shipping the equipment. Due to security settings, you will not be able to install Apps after you have received the iPads.
To request an app, please indicate them below. We will try to accommodate most requests but cannot guarantee that our equipment will work properly with any given app.

Minis have smaller screens and are best for bidding assistants and Storefront sales.

Full size iPad have larger screens (9.7"), so they are better suited for use at registration.

These are good for outdoor events or any venue that does not have WiFi.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy:
If your order is cancelled prior to the shipping date* a full refund may be requested.
If your order is cancelled after the shipping date* no refund can be issued.
If your order is rescheduled prior to the shipping date* there is no penalty.
If your order is rescheduled after the shipping date*, a credit will be applied minus any shipping charges.
